NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is looking for an HR Service Delivery Analyst focused on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the onboarding of new employees and improving workforce performance and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Administer onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background checks, and creation of SAP records.
- Identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for job openings.
- Create job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates, manage recruitment processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduation degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
