Responsibilities
- Help identify and review candidate resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.

- Take part in recruitment-related events and career fairs to support employer branding.
- Help develop and manage internship programs aimed at attracting and keeping talent.
- Support strategic initiatives and events focused on employee retention and workplace culture.
