The Hershey Company is looking for a strategic HR Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR initiatives. This role integrates AI-driven solutions, digital transformation, and disciplined project delivery to modernize HR services, enhance employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making across the HR ecosystem. You will partner closely with HR leadership, Centers of Excellence, Technology, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional HR programs from initiation through sustainment, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Directly lead, mentor, and develop project team members, fostering accountability, psychological safety, and high performance.
- Embed AI and automation into project management schemas (planning, intake, reporting, risk management, and governance) to reduce waste and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Embed AI strategies into HR initiatives, including automation, intelligent workflows, AI-assisted content, skills intelligence, and predictive insights.
- Partner with HRSD, HRIS, IT, and COEs to implement scalable solutions across platforms such as ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and success metrics to ensure transparency, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead change and adoption strategies, ensuring AI-enabled solutions are understood, trusted, and effectively used by HR teams and employees.
