The Hershey Company is looking for a strategic HR Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR initiatives. This role integrates AI-driven solutions, digital transformation, and disciplined project delivery to modernize HR services, enhance employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making across the HR ecosystem. You will partner closely with HR leadership, Centers of Excellence, Technology, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Lead cross-functional HR programs from initiation through sustainment, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
Directly lead, mentor, and develop project team members, fostering accountability, psychological safety, and high performance.
Embed AI and automation into project management schemas (planning, intake, reporting, risk management, and governance) to reduce waste and enhance delivery efficiency.
Embed AI strategies into HR initiatives, including automation, intelligent workflows, AI-assisted content, skills intelligence, and predictive insights.
Partner with HRSD, HRIS, IT, and COEs to implement scalable solutions across platforms such as ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
Establish clear governance, reporting, and success metrics to ensure transparency, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
Lead change and adoption strategies, ensuring AI-enabled solutions are understood, trusted, and effectively used by HR teams and employees.
