Capgemini is looking for an HR Process Junior Specialist to join our Local HR Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient delivery of HR services to employees and stakeholders, responding to queries and supporting daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general questions.
- Maintain and update employee records and generate HR reports.
- Manage HR systems and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee issues or directing them to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws by maintaining accurate records, monitoring adherence, and supporting audits.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Hungarian (C1 level).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and proactive attitude.
- Student status or completed higher education.
- Interest in HR and willingness to grow professionally in this area.
