Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency by resolving HR-related transactions in line with established policies and compliance standards
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR administrative inquiries and support needs
- Maintain employee personnel records daily, ensuring data accuracy and compliance within the HR system (SuccessFactors - SAP) according to defined procedures
- Manage payroll-related processes through close collaboration with an external payroll partner
- Create and distribute onboarding documentation, including employment contracts and new hire forms
- Coordinate communication with external payroll and labor risk prevention organizations
- Plan and conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new employees effectively
