Deutsche Börse Group is looking for a hands-on HR Operations Manager to lead our local HR Services team in Prague. You will own end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring reliable operations, compliance, and an excellent employee experience within our global setup.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of HR & Payroll specialists, enabling high performance, strong collaboration, and service excellence.
- Own end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Czech labor law, social security and related local requirements, translating regulation into stable operational practice.
- Manage payroll operations and steer the relationship with the external interfaces (quality, timelines, controls, issue resolution).
- Drive data accuracy and operational discipline (case handling, documentation, governance, service metrics).
- Identify and implement process improvements and support digitization/global initiatives (standardization, automation, and self-service).
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in HR Operations / HR Services / Payroll in the Czech Republic, in an international or matrix organization.
- First experience leading others (team lead, supervisor, or strong functional lead), with a practical, hands-on leadership style.
- Strong working knowledge of Czech labor legislation and HR operational practice.
- A structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach; you enjoy improving processes and solving issues end-to-end.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS) and solid HR data understanding.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent Czech and English (written & spoken).

Team & Environment
You will lead the local HR Services team in Prague. You report directly to the Head of HR Global Services and closely cooperate with the Head of HR Prague, working within a global setup with close collaboration across Prague, Frankfurt, and Luxembourg.
