ThinkingIT Corp. is looking for a strategic HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources function. This remote role based in Spain is ideal for a proactive professional who will balance operational HR with strategic workforce planning, talent development, and initiatives that support our organizational growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team where applicable.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Improve employer branding initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, supporting managers in goal setting and development plans.
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and ensure competitive, compliant structures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
- Identify training needs, implement development programs, and support leadership development and succession planning.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of labor regulations and compliance, specifically for Spain.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent management, and employer branding.
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and advisory skills.
- Proactive, action-oriented approach to building organizational culture and supporting business objectives.
