About the Role
The position is responsible for delivering consistent HR support across the organization by managing day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring policy adherence, and assisting with talent acquisition and employee development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy
- Support recruitment activities including job postings and interview coordination
- Assist in managing performance review cycles
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Help implement and communicate HR policies and updates
- Coordinate background checks and employment verifications
- Track leave of absence and accommodation requests
- Support workplace investigations when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best practices
- Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping oversight
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
- Partner with managers on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review
- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee recognition programs
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate with external vendors and benefits providers
