Lidl, the market leader among FMCG retail chains in Hungary, is looking for an HR Generalist to strengthen its team. In this role, you will be central to HR service delivery, system administration, and ongoing process improvement, ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.
What You'll Do
- Manage the HR Hotline and process HR-specific support tickets.
- Keep HR systems up-to-date by recording and maintaining core personnel data and preparing documents for payroll.
- Execute a wide range of HR service activities.
- Participate in the development of the HR chatbot and online knowledge base.
- Track process changes and administer them within the HR system.
- Adhere to established KPIs for service delivery.
