Vynca is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist passionate about creating a great employee experience within the healthcare sector. As a key member of our growing HR team, you will help shape our culture, streamline processes, and provide hands-on support to employees and managers throughout their journey.
What You'll Do
- Support the full employee life cycle — from offer letter and onboarding through offboarding — ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, responding to day-to-day HR questions with care and accuracy.
- Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on employee relations matters, performance discussions, and policy guidance.
- Administer and oversee ADA accommodations, FMLA, and other leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance and timely communication.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation with a high level of confidentiality and precision.
- Assist in developing and implementing people programs that drive connection, recognition, and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, operations, and leadership to align HR practices with company goals.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and help standardize practices across a growing, multi-state workforce.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a healthcare, tech, or multi-state environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and general compliance practices.
- Experience managing leave administration, benefits coordination, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience with HRIS and HR reporting tools (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, or similar).
- Background in supporting remote or hybrid teams.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving employee experience.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
