Ingenovis Health is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources department. This role provides essential administrative support to facilitate smooth HR operations, working closely with HR professionals, employees, and management to support a variety of functions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance via phone or email.
- Address and resolve a variety of HR-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Enter and maintain employment data within the HRIS and electronic filing systems including on and off boarding, employee updates, and status changes.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from cross functional teams.
- Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of resources and training materials.
- Assist with audits as needed to maintain accurate records and keep systems up-to-date.
- Retrieve electronic mail for the department and distribute or complete accordingly.
- Assist in employment verifications and requests for all populations.
- Assist in preparing subpoenas and submit responses, and communicate with attorney offices.
- Prepare ad hoc field staff requests such as Jury Duty Letters, BON Letters and TN Visa Letters.
- Assist with administering and maintaining the 401K Retirement Plan including compliance reporting and responding to inquiries.
- Support new hire and open enrollment benefits enrollment process and assist employees with benefits inquiries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of benefits-related tasks.
- Oversee the maintenance of benefit records for all employees in applicable systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees with questions pertaining to benefits.
- Determine approval or denial of qualifying life events and communicate outcome to employee, vendors and carriers.
- Process weekly insurance deduction audit to control the organization’s financial risk.
- Administer general FMLA and ADA communications as they pertain to benefits continuation and document in appropriate systems.

Nice to Have
- Associate or Bachelor degree.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience working in Microsoft, Workday, and ADP.
