- supporting German employment-related processes and local compliance coordination
- office operations and workplace experience
- team events, office culture, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- is highly organized and detail-oriented
- enjoys helping people and creating a strong employee experience
- communicates clearly and professionally in-person and in writing
- is proactive, reliable, and responsive
- thrives in fast-moving environments
- enjoys both office-based interaction and distributed remote collaboration
- has experience in HR coordination, office management, workplace operations, or administrative support
- has some exposure to HR or People Operations processes
- has familiarity with German employment practices or local employment coordination
- is fluent in both German and English
- is comfortable supporting globally distributed teams
- can operate autonomously while keeping multiple stakeholders informed
- is comfortable balancing priorities across two teams and managers
