STAR Physical Therapy is hiring a HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-cycle administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily functions within the human resources team
  • Collect, verify, and manage confidential employee records and new hire documentation in digital personnel files
  • Ensure precision, order, and meticulous attention to detail in all HR procedures and paperwork
  • Support efforts to enhance HR processes by contributing to workflow optimization and organizational improvements
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding tasks such as initiating background screenings, tracking progress, and confirming completion of required forms
  • Monitor and update candidate and new hire statuses using the Applicant Tracking System, HRIS platforms, and internal spreadsheets
  • Keep onboarding and recruitment spreadsheets current, serving as real-time dashboards for hiring stages
  • Proactively communicate with candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on key steps
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for both clinical and corporate roles in partnership with hiring managers and operations
  • Validate I-9 forms and maintain records in alignment with federal laws and internal policies
  • Adhere consistently to defined HR workflows, processes, and compliance protocols
  • Manage private and sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality
  • Support updates related to employee status, personnel changes, and separation documentation while maintaining compliance
  • Act as a reliable and professional contact for internal and external stakeholders across the hiring and employment lifecycle
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a service-oriented approach in all communications
  • Work cross-functionally with departments to advance HR objectives and operational requirements
  • Communicate clearly, appropriately, and promptly with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Carry out additional human resources tasks and special projects as assigned to support departmental effectiveness
