ISTA Personnel Solutions is looking for an HR Compliance Coordinator to support employee record management and ensure ongoing compliance for a US-based home care agency. This remote role is ideal for someone with an HR administration or recruitment background who is highly organized and experienced in managing employee documentation in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage employee compliance records, including licenses, certifications, and required documentation
- Track and follow up on expiring documents to ensure continuous compliance
- Contact employees (caregivers) via phone and email to obtain outstanding or updated documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within internal systems
- Accurately capture and maintain employee data within internal systems
- Utilise internal dashboards and reporting tools to manage compliance workflows
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company requirements
- Handle high volumes of follow-ups in a structured and deadline-driven environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2+ years of experience in HR Administration, HR Support, or Recruitment
- Experience with employee records, onboarding, or compliance/document management
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident and professional phone manner (comfortable making frequent calls)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability
- Reliable power backup to manage load shedding or outages
