About the Role

Cynet Health is looking for an HR Business Partner to build strategic relationships with managers and leaders, aligning departmental goals with our mission. In this remote role, you will act as a consultant and culture ambassador, driving HR programs across onboarding, analytics, compliance, and performance management.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct onboarding procedures including employee induction and orientation.
  • Establish strategic relationships with department leaders through regular meetings to understand business needs.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on employment matters and the people agenda.
  • Gather, analyze, and present insightful HR data using metrics and visual tools to guide management decisions.
  • Implement coaching and disciplinary policies to resolve complex employee and labor relations issues in compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct focus group discussions to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective, compliant HR programs aligned with company culture.
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions.
  • Spearhead performance management through the performance management cycle.
  • Respond to and evaluate employee requests in the People Strong HRIS.
  • Assist with offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of daily timekeeping records.
  • Manage the relationship with the HMO provider, overseeing enrollments, deletions, and health card distribution.
  • Facilitate the accurate tracking and conversion of leave credits, processing statutory leaves with correct documentation.
  • Spearhead culture-building initiatives like Townhalls and engagement activities.
  • Oversee the administration of mandatory and company-discretionary benefits.
  • Foster a safe working environment and harmonious working relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Law, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as an HR Business Partner or five (5) years as an HR Generalist in a business or BPO/RPO industry.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, its IRR, DOLE issuances, and the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
  • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and related software.
  • Ability to create reports using relevant HR metrics.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • People management, analytical, interpersonal, visual presentation, prioritization, organization, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy, professional, punctual, and proactive attitude.
  • Capable of taking immediate action in urgent situations to prevent business loss.
  • Capable of handling personal information with due observance of privacy laws.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible to meet tight deadlines and urgent tasks.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.

Nice to Have

  • Supervisory or managerial experience in HR.
  • Licensed Psychometrician.
  • Certifications in HR and/or Lean Six Sigma.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Human Resources Manager and/or Country Head. The role involves being a culture ambassador and fostering safe, harmonious working relationships.
