HeadQuarters is looking for an HR Associate to play a central role in shaping our culture and employee growth strategy. You will integrate Learning & Development with employee engagement to create meaningful experiences across the employee lifecycle, with L&D as our top priority.
What You'll Do
- Design, execute, and iterate learning programs aligned to HQ’s strategic goals, covering professional and leadership development.
- Own our LMS: configuration, course creation, assignments, reporting, adoption/engagement tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Create and curate hands-on learning assets (videos, guides, interactive modules) using modern instructional design methods.
- Launch, track, and optimize initiatives to drive participation, completion, and measurable skill/behavior change.
- Evaluate effectiveness using feedback, KPIs/OKRs, and data analytics (e.g., assessments, on-the-job outcomes).
- Partner with managers to diagnose learning needs and build development plans that enable internal mobility and performance.
- Lead the rollout and follow-up of HQ’s Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey; analyze results and propose actionable engagement strategies.
- Design and execute initiatives such as virtual and in-person team-building activities, icebreakers, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives that foster belonging and motivation.
- Partner with leadership to reinforce HQ’s values across communication, events, and recognition efforts.
- Support HRIS updates, documentation, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate on HR policy updates and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Oversee the learning and culture components of onboarding and ensure consistent employee experience.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries when needed.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance learning & development and HR processes.
- Partner with the HR Manager on strategic initiatives related to culture, DEI, internal communication, and organizational development.
- Work with managers to define key learning journeys that support internal mobility.
- Stay current with trends in L&D technology, employee engagement, and HR innovation, applying best practices that support HQ’s growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience.
- Demonstrated experience with LMS administration, training program design, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR tools (HRIS, GSuite, Notion) and learning platforms (LMS, e-learning authoring tools).
- Analytical and data-oriented mindset for evaluating learning and engagement impact.
