Fujitsu is looking for an HR Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support to managers and employees within the PH GDC by handling administrative tasks, resolving inquiries, and generating reports. You will ensure all activities are completed within established SLA metrics with a high level of accuracy, while adhering to the latest policies and process documentation. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering efficient, reliable service.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that services and deliverables are met in accordance with SLA and quality standards.
- Provide support to comply with audit requirements in relation to relevant processes.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues.
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks, particularly related to Employee Movements, Regularization, Personal Data Changes, and Offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare employment documents (e.g., Regularization Letters) and send HR-related emails and announcements.
- Create and update internal process documentation.
- Manage AskHR tickets, assisting with timely assignment and responding to employee queries.
- Create and update Knowledge Articles for the PH GDC based on common employee queries.
- Support quality checks as needed within the PH HR Operations Team.
- Prepare reports as needed by HR Business Partners and HR Managers.
- Maintain an organized database of records, processes, and documents in the shared folder or SharePoint.
- Provide recommendations for improving current HR processes.
- Proactively participate in meetings with the internal team, HR Business Partners, and GDC.
- Act as back-up support for other team members.
- Proactively enroll and participate in trainings and engagement activities.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners and HR Managers within the PH GDC.
What We're Looking For
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a JLPT N4 certificate.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and other relevant languages.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Good conflict and issues management skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
