Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate HR master data in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a primary contact point for employees and managers, providing timely information and support on HR processes.
- Generate and deliver HR reports and documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to harmonized HR practices across local, regional, and global HR teams.
