Epiroc is seeking an HR Administrator to join the HR & SHEQ team. This role is central to our 'One HR' philosophy, contributing to efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR operations across Epiroc Central Asia. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes and delivering high-quality support, upholding standards of data accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate HR master data in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a primary contact point for employees and managers, providing timely information and support on HR processes.
- Generate and deliver HR reports and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to harmonized HR practices across local, regional, and global HR teams.
