Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is hiring an HR Administrator for a fixed-term parental leave replacement starting as soon as possible and lasting until early 2028. You will join a collegial team with a company culture that values personal responsibility and a healthy work-life balance.
What You'll Do
- Create compelling, target-group-specific job postings and manage the selection, steering, and maintenance of suitable recruitment channels.
- Independently handle the full staffing process for selected specialist departments, from needs assessment through to the final hiring decision.
- Select and evaluate incoming applications, conduct telephone and in-person interviews, and professionally document the process.
- Provide comprehensive employee care on all labor law and HR-related matters, including contract creation, amendments, references, and deadline monitoring.
- Manage and implement onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining relevant personnel and applicant data in SAP HCM/OM and the applicant management system.
- Contribute to HR projects at the branch and headquarter level, focusing on the further development of HR processes and organizational structures.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification with relevant knowledge and professional experience.
- Experience recruiting specialists and managers, including conducting interviews.
- Experience in employee care, including contract and document creation, deadline monitoring, and supporting managers.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and data protection fundamentals, particularly the collective agreements of Die Autobahn GmbH, the AGG, SGB IX, GDPR, HochschulG, and civil service regulations.
