Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic business strategy across a broad geographic region to engage key stakeholders and decision makers
- Conduct professional outreach to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across various medical specialties
- Visit key healthcare locations such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, and intensive care units
- Clearly convey complex clinical information and product benefits in medical settings
- Participate in joint field visits with internal teams such as management and marketing
- Leverage data analytics to refine sales strategies and focus on high-return opportunities
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profitability targets
- Maintain and update territory data using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Travel as required for role responsibilities, including air travel
