Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property evaluations to identify current conditions and required repairs
- Generate comprehensive reports and capture photographic documentation of each property
- Support field operations by fulfilling requests from construction and closing teams
- Verify completion of final construction tasks and document progress with detailed images
- Carry out daily home visits to monitor and confirm ongoing project advancement
- Place and retrieve lockboxes and marketing materials as needed
- Transport and deliver essential tools and equipment to job sites

Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
- Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
- Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
- Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made
- Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
- Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
