DCX is hiring a Home Based Customer Support Specialist. This full-time, remote role supports our US-based clients by closely following company processes and handling varied daily tasks. The ideal candidate is flexible, has strong attention to detail, and possesses a strong desire to learn while managing customer support, CRM, and administrative duties.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily CRM responsibilities and updates in HubSpot
- Create Client Implementation Dashboards
- Manage, delegate, and resolve customer support tickets for the support email
- Work on Data Collection and Analysis Projects
- Perform weekly KPI Dashboard updates
- Perform weekly Account Management Metric updates
- Perform weekly updates and management of the Customer Success Playbook
- Monitor NPS Feedback
- Check business emails, sorting and filing
- Respond to emails on behalf of the CSM if necessary
- Organize calendar(s)
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the CSM team
- Attend Weekly L10 Meetings
- Update meeting agendas
