TUI Group is hiring a Holiday Fitness Instructor to join the team at TUI BLUE Ephesus in Izmir, Türkiye. In this role, you will create and deliver group fitness and wellbeing sessions to guests, while also planning daytime sport activities and entertainment.

What You'll Do

Create and deliver a wide range of group fitness sessions, including Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and exercise to music, as well as wellbeing sessions to guests of all ages and nationalities.
Plan and deliver a wide range of daytime, sport, activities, and entertainment where required.
Put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction.
Deliver the highest standards of safety, quality service, and guest experience in line with TUI standards.

What We're Looking For

Live in Türkiye and have the right to work there.
Be fully conversational in English.
Have a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team.
Willingness to learn and complete in-house training/certification.
Be a fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
Love all-things sports, fitness, and wellbeing, and have strong personal experience in this field.

Nice to Have

Additional languages will be helpful.
Any additional certification on fitness or wellbeing will be highly advantageous, e.g.: Exercise to Music, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, Dance, etc.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: 413,650 TRY net/year (459,650 TRY if you already have qualifications).
Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.
Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.
Accommodation can be provided if you do not live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence.
