About the Role

The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, refining sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications efficiently
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate fit and interest
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve process effectiveness
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future roles
  • Represent the organization at career events and networking sessions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding procedures
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Assist in refining job descriptions and position requirements
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional networks

Nice to Have
