About the Role

Huzzle is seeking a High-volume Sales Specialist (SaaS) to join its talent pool for placement with global client companies. In this role, you will be matched with international teams to conduct outbound B2B prospecting and schedule qualified meetings for their Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct 80-100+ outbound calls and emails per day to identify and qualify potential B2B prospects
  • Engage leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns
  • Use CRM tools to track, manage, and report on all pipeline activities
  • Schedule qualified meetings for client Account Executives with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach sequences and improve lead quality

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven outbound sales experience
  • Hands-on experience using CRMs and sales tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English with confidence on cold calls
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay accountable to goals
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and book meetings effectively for Account Executives

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with outbound sales frameworks
  • Industry exposure in Tech, SaaS, Marketing, MarTech, or FinTech

Work Mode

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in Uganda or Tanzania.
