Responsibilities
- Conduct 80-100+ outbound calls/emails per day to identify and qualify potential B2B prospects
- Engage leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track and manage pipeline activities
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach sequences and lead quality
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Outbound sales experience
- Experience using CRMs and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident on cold calls
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay accountable
- Ability to qualify leads and book meetings effectively for Account Executives

- Familiarity with outbound sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC is a plus)
