Huzzle is hiring a High-volume Sales Specialist (SaaS)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 80-100+ outbound calls/emails per day to identify and qualify potential B2B prospects
  • Engage leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track and manage pipeline activities
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach sequences and lead quality

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Outbound sales experience
  • Experience using CRMs and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident on cold calls
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay accountable
  • Ability to qualify leads and book meetings effectively for Account Executives

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with outbound sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC is a plus)

  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor
  • You will be responsible for managing your own taxes and ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations
  • Work hours include high-volume outbound activity (80-100+ calls/emails per day)
  • Must be located in Uganda or Tanzania
