You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity in scope, alignment with objectives, and long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct multidisciplinary teams—local and international—to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering outcomes
- Manage client relationships, translating requirements into actionable plans and maintaining trust through transparent communication
- Lead tender preparation, contract discussions, and coordination with stakeholders across project lifecycles
- Integrate expertise from areas like transport, water, and environmental consulting to develop holistic, efficient solutions
- Oversee both technical execution and commercial performance, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Support field operations with follow-up, quality checks, and technical guidance
- Coach junior engineers and promote a collaborative, growth-oriented work culture across regions
What You Bring
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
- Proven background in HV/EHV substation or overhead line design, specification, and project delivery
- Strong grasp of transmission systems, SCADA, protection schemes, and HV cable integration
- Experience managing client-facing projects and building lasting professional relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-border collaboration
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- A commitment to sustainability, knowledge sharing, and team development
Preferred Background
Project management certification (such as PMI) is beneficial but not required.
