Requirements

  • Valid state-issued teaching certification in the relevant subject area
  • Familiarity with state-specific academic standards and Common Core requirements
  • Experience thriving in a coaching-intensive setting involving regular classroom observations, feedback sessions, action plans, and performance tracking
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Outlook
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive student and school information
  • Physical ability to remain standing for periods of up to 90 minutes
  • Capacity to oversee students across various school environments, including classrooms and common areas
  • Eligibility to pass both federal and state criminal background screenings

  • Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience
  • Prior experience in diverse, multicultural educational settings
