Requirements
- Valid state-issued teaching certification in the relevant subject area
- Familiarity with state-specific academic standards and Common Core requirements
- Experience thriving in a coaching-intensive setting involving regular classroom observations, feedback sessions, action plans, and performance tracking
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Outlook
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive student and school information
- Physical ability to remain standing for periods of up to 90 minutes
- Capacity to oversee students across various school environments, including classrooms and common areas
- Eligibility to pass both federal and state criminal background screenings
