Culina Group is hiring a HGV Driver – Formula 1 Events & General Haulage

Responsibilities

  • Transport and deliver high-value cargo across UK and Europe to support the full Formula 1 calendar
  • Drive HGV vehicles across UK and European locations carrying specialist event equipment
  • Ensure all vehicles and trailers are safe, compliant, and roadworthy
  • Assist with loading/unloading and securing all cargo to the highest standard
  • Take part in the complete construction of race base, hospitality units and tyre fitting
  • Mark out build areas, lay and level grids, and install structural components
  • Carry out cleaning, maintenance, and interior setup of furniture and décor
  • Support hospitality operations including customer service, cleaning and kitchen assistance, and front-of-house tasks
  • Complete maintenance tasks to uphold exceptionally high standards
  • Work flexibly to meet changing event schedules and customer
  • Dismantle units and structures to prepare all equipment for transport
  • Assist with lifting, loading and securing pods, equipment, and trailers
  • Maintain trucks to an immaculate condition—inside and out—throughout the year
  • Carry out UK HGV tramping and general haulage duties across our Transport business
  • Perform deliveries and collections to RDCs
  • Perform manual handling and store deliveries
  • Conduct drop & swaps, trunking, and priority customer loads across multiple sectors

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience as an HGV Driver

Work Arrangement

Remote (Country) — UK, Europe

Additional Information

  • Ability to work away from home for extended periods of up to 14 consecutive weeks at a time
  • Travel required across UK and Europe
  • Role includes trackside operations during Formula 1 season
  • Outside F1 season, duties include UK tramping and general haulage
  • Hands-on work involving construction, setup, maintenance, and customer service
