FusionTek is hiring a Helpdesk Technician to deliver exceptional remote technical support and client satisfaction. You’ll join a dedicated team that resolves a wide range of desktop issues and security alerts, translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote support for desktops and laptops, addressing break/fix issues, application installations, and user configuration.
- Investigate and remediate malware alerts and assist users with MFA enrollment.
- Diligently document, track, and escalate tickets through the ticketing system.
- Keep the internal documentation platform current and accurate.
- Collaborate with a talented team to deliver service from your remote workspace.
- Periodically visit client sites and attend the office to collect shipments or equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Must reside in the Tampa, FL area for onsite client support.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote support.
- Valid driver’s license for onsite visits and equipment pickup.
Nice to Have
- Experience in an MSP/MSSP environment.
- Familiarity with Office 365 cloud services.
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS.
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications.
- Experience using a ticketing system; Autotask experience is a significant advantage.
