Secom Technology is hiring a Helpdesk Support Engineer, Level 2 - Secom

Responsibilities

  • Address IT support inquiries from clients through phone and email, providing clear and prompt solutions within agreed service timelines.
  • Foster reliable client relationships by maintaining consistent, professional communication and high service quality.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving network-related problems, including VLAN configurations and fundamental firewall settings.
  • Support Windows Server environments using Hyper-V, performing monitoring, basic virtual machine operations, and replication support.
  • Provide assistance with VoIP systems, including configuring devices and troubleshooting call routing issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services such as user account management, email setup, and basic troubleshooting for Exchange and Intune.
  • Monitor backup systems to confirm successful completion and assist with straightforward data recovery procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common workstation issues involving hardware, software, and connectivity, escalating complex cases to higher support tiers.
