Responsibilities
- Address IT support inquiries from clients through phone and email, providing clear and prompt solutions within agreed service timelines.
- Foster reliable client relationships by maintaining consistent, professional communication and high service quality.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving network-related problems, including VLAN configurations and fundamental firewall settings.
- Support Windows Server environments using Hyper-V, performing monitoring, basic virtual machine operations, and replication support.
- Provide assistance with VoIP systems, including configuring devices and troubleshooting call routing issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 services such as user account management, email setup, and basic troubleshooting for Exchange and Intune.
- Monitor backup systems to confirm successful completion and assist with straightforward data recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common workstation issues involving hardware, software, and connectivity, escalating complex cases to higher support tiers.
