Responsibilities
- Provide customers with the best possible support and service via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications.
- Actively listen to customers’ needs, troubleshoot on their behalf, and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Communicate fluently in Hebrew
- Comfortably switch to English (B2 level, both written and verbal)
