Responsibilities
- Transcribe spoken Hebrew audio into accurate written text
- Ensure transcriptions reflect exact wording and tone of original recordings
- Identify and label speakers in multi-voice audio files
- Follow provided guidelines for punctuation and formatting
- Maintain high accuracy standards across all transcription tasks
- Review machine-generated transcriptions for errors
- Correct spelling, grammar, and syntax in submitted texts
- Flag sensitive or unclear content for further review
- Adhere to data privacy protocols when handling recordings
- Work efficiently within set timeframes for task completion
- Use transcription software and tools as required
- Report technical issues with audio files promptly
- Participate in quality assurance checks
- Provide feedback on transcription guidelines when needed
- Stay current with language nuances and dialects in Hebrew speech
- Handle audio of varying quality and background noise levels
- Transcribe content across different domains and topics
- Meet productivity targets without sacrificing precision
- Collaborate with team leads on complex files
- Follow updates to transcription standards and workflows
