Responsibilities
- Lead performance management across multiple campuses with a focus on NCLEX pass rates, student retention, and academic success
- Develop, evaluate, and mentor campus leaders, ensuring strong leadership capacity
- Define clear accountability structures, operational benchmarks, and performance review cycles
- Identify root causes of performance issues and implement strategic improvements in staffing and processes
- Leverage analytics and performance dashboards to detect risks and drive corrective actions
- Directly intervene in underperforming locations to strengthen execution and leadership alignment
- Manage financial performance, including budget planning and allocation of resources
- Collaborate with senior executives to advance organizational goals and cross-departmental projects
- Supervise day-to-day campus operations, physical facilities, and adherence to policies
- Address high-level student concerns and implement systemic fixes to prevent future issues
- Ensure compliance with all external regulations and internal quality standards
- Promote a culture centered on student success and mission-driven values
