Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality product designers across the UK and Europe.
- Partner closely with recruiters to shape talent pipelines and search strategies.
- Develop a strong point of view on what “great” looks like across different design roles.
- Contribute to improving how we assess and engage design talent.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and the design community.
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing product designers.
- Good understanding of design craft and ability to assess portfolios (or a strong desire and foundation to build this further).
- Experience of hiring across the UK and Europe, with strong knowledge of the talent landscape.
- A thoughtful approach to design hiring, not just execution but sourcing strategy and curiosity to try new things.
- Alignment with our mission and values.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring UX/design engineers, UX researchers, brand or content designers, or design leaders.
- Experience hiring in the US.
- Background across both in-house and agency environments.
