Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles covering planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments.
- Coordinate data migration tasks such as mapping, transformation logic, validation, reconciliation, and cutover preparation.
- Manage integration and deployment activities across GIS platforms.
- Manage integration and deployment activities across ETL pipelines and data transformation frameworks.
- Manage integration and deployment activities across APIs, middleware, and external enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with technical leads to define solution architecture, data flows, and system interfaces.
- Ensure coordination and alignment between client project management and internal technical delivery teams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Support user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and readiness assessments for go-live.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators including schedule adherence, data quality, and system performance.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all organizational levels, including executive updates.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, governance policies, and change management procedures.
- Assist with post-implementation stabilization, performance optimization, and ongoing improvement efforts.
