GE Vernova is hiring a Heavy Duty Gas Turbine CMP Site Leader to serve as the dedicated leader and primary liaison for a key customer in Delta, PA. You will own the customer relationship, contribute to business strategy, and manage contract performance and outage execution for the assigned portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the site customer communication plan, coordinating regular meetings to review open items and action plans.
- Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations.
- Lead outage and non-outage parts and repairs planning, including quoting, ordering, delivery, and invoicing.
- Manage the outage planning and execution process, including processing Change Orders.
- Handle customer invoicing, collections, and support internal financial operating metrics.
- Act as the customer advocate within the GE Vernova organization.
- Own and drive resolution for all emergent or forced outage matters.
- Manage safe outage planning and execution, adhering to our 'Life Saving Principles'.
- Accountable for wing-to-wing outage execution, organizing key milestone meetings to deliver on SQDC principles.
- Own contract leadership and fulfillment, including all project deliverables and understanding terms and conditions.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in the power generation industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of knowledge and experience within power plant field services and/or Outage Management in the Power/Energy Industry.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Gas/Steam Turbine technical field experience with planning and executing maintenance and upgrade outages.
- Strong leadership, financial, and commercial skills.
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position. Primary location is the Delta, PA area, with a secondary office location in Baltimore, MD.
