About the Role

The role involves managing technical projects in the healthcare domain, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of technical projects in healthcare settings
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and subject matter experts
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Facilitate communication between technical staff and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports
  • Support system integration and interoperability efforts
  • Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of technical solutions
  • Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project inquiries
  • Apply agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare technology trends
  • Promote continuous improvement in project execution

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Direct experience with federal or large-scale healthcare programs
