Responsibilities
- Lead the product backlog and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions in rural clinics and data hubs
- Serve as the primary advocate for end users, gathering input and pinpointing challenges in usability, system integration, and performance
- Orchestrate training programs and change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of technology by frontline staff and supervisors
- Diagnose and prioritize technical and functional issues in coordination with central product and engineering teams
- Partner across departments to enhance data integrity, standardize reporting, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the health system
- Develop and maintain product guides, internal procedures, and user resources to institutionalize knowledge
- Advance value-based use cases by aligning product capabilities with measurable health outcomes and identifying areas for expansion
