Rula is looking for a Healthcare Partnerships Associate to join our mission-driven team. You will be directly responsible for growing the number of 'sold' providers and the subsequent patient demand within your assigned territory. This is a high-velocity, outbound sales role where you will own the full cycle from sourcing to closing, with a requirement to be in the field at least three days per week.
What You'll Do
- Directly grow 'sold' providers and drive patient demand and starts within your assigned territory.
- Own the full sales cycle, leveraging provided lead lists to execute aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing of providers.
- Conduct in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of the major metro area.
- Maintain remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside your immediate geography.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry.
- A proven track record of top 25% performance and exceeding annual quotas for over 75% of your sales career.
- 1+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling.
- Current residence in the Greater Chicago area.
- Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week within the designated geography and manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships and complex deals in a CRM tool.

- Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems.
- Experience selling to a variety of healthcare personas, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers.
- Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth.
- Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1.
- Internal promotion in a previous sales role.
