Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential acquisition candidates through financial, operational, and market analysis.
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial models, including pro forma statements, valuation assessments, and return on investment calculations.
- Support due diligence activities such as organizing data rooms, reviewing documents, and coordinating with internal and external parties.
- Assist in creating business justifications for entering new markets, including site assessments and provider recruitment planning.
- Investigate competitive dynamics, referral networks, demographic trends, and market density in targeted areas.
- Examine broader industry and niche-specific trends affecting dermatology and related medical specialties.
- Monitor deal pipelines and create internal dashboards to track progress and performance metrics.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners and generate leads through market engagement.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and clinical departments across all stages of transactions.
- Help prepare strategic materials for board meetings, investor communications, and internal growth planning.
- Support relationship development with prospective practice owners through outreach and industry event participation.
