About the Role

ROLE SUMMARY This position focuses on analytics and insights for a U.S. Hospital business segment generating $1.6B+ in Net revenue annually, managing a complex portfolio of 180+ molecules across 600+ NDCs and 300+ managed contracts, overseen by 25+ customer-facing health system/National GPO/Trade Directors. Role Responsibilities Customer-Facing Insights & Reporting - Develop strategic reports for accounts with agreements and programs, enabling performance tracking and contract measurement in collaboration with regional business directors, national group directors, and health system directors - Convert intricate financial and operational data into actionable models that help customers evaluate program offerings and accelerate adoption - Generate impact reports assessing effectiveness of initiatives led by Hospital leadership, portfolio teams, or health system directors Customer Engagement & Strategic Support - Participate in customer meetings alongside health system/national group director colleagues to present analytical findings and assist in resolving customer challenges - Offer recommendations to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and improve system functionality - Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional colleagues, helping customer-facing teams focus on customer needs by removing barriers and accelerating organizational responsiveness Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with teams across various departments to align strategies and deliver operational efficiencies - Design and launch pilot programs and innovative commercial models to drive customer impact - Lead national-scale programs and projects to successful completion, managing sustainable change in response to evolving market and customer dynamics Advanced Reporting & Analytics - Produce specialized reports including: - GPO & Thrombin market share - Regional GPO contract performance - Integrated Delivery Network margin reporting - Government performance tracking - Perform Integrated Delivery Network contract troubleshooting - Champion technological platform transitions by becoming a subject matter expert - Develop new reporting approaches leveraging AI capabilities of established reporting tools Data Quality & System Integrity - Validate and maintain customer alignment using various industry insights for roster-based contracts - Triage concerns related to customer setup, regulatory updates, and contract linkage across multiple systems - Navigate and integrate diverse data sources including internal tracking, management, and reporting platforms Operational Excellence - Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with urgent, customer-driven deadlines - Continuously improve data accuracy, reporting simplicity, and system effectiveness Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred - 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience - 2+ years of hands-on commercial analytics or operations experience - Ability to lead in fast-paced environments - Capability to implement innovation and foster collaborative teamwork - Proficiency with complex data sets - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Demonstrated cross-collaboration and matrix team leadership - Exceptional project and time management skills - Proven track record of achieving results across matrixed organizations - Ability to lead innovation and develop strategic partnerships - Balanced perspective combining big-picture thinking with detail-orientation - Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities - Intellectual curiosity and creative vision - Diverse leadership experiences with ability to influence, develop, and guide colleagues Other Job Details: - Last Date to Apply: December 8, 2025 - Work Location Assignment: Remote The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. The role includes participation in a global performance plan with a 20.0% bonus target and long-term incentive program.
