Kuehne+Nagel is hiring a Health and Safety Supervisor to champion our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) culture at the branch level. In this role, you will implement our global SHE policy, coordinate the local team, and ensure adherence to corporate standards and all applicable legal regulations. What You'll Do
- Supervise the branch's Health and Safety team.
- Implement corporate procedures and develop local SHE procedures.
- Deploy mandatory safety rules and non-negotiable standards.
- Organize weekly meetings with the operational team to present safety deviation indicators.
- Manage annual SHE budget forecasts and support local SHE improvement projects.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements (NRs) at the branch.
- Participate in customer meetings as operational needs demand.
- Report monthly safety indicators to the national corporate SHE area.
- Implement an SHE management system for the branch (internal and external).
- Establish and control the annual plan for mandatory SHE training.
- Promote local and corporate SHE campaigns.
- Conduct local SHE diagnostic studies.
- Participate in meetings with both Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing clients.
- Observe and respect KN's core values.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education in Occupational Safety Technology or Occupational Safety Engineering.
- More than 5 years of experience in occupational safety.
Nice to Have
- ISO 45001 Auditor certification.
- Previous experience with team management and KPI management.
