Pearl Talent is hiring a Headhunter (Talent Sourcer) to specialize in identifying and engaging passive talent—candidates who are currently employed and not actively seeking new opportunities. Your mandate is to build tailored outbound strategies, convert passive interest into active pipelines, and deliver TA-ready candidates for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through tailored outbound strategies
- Pre-qualify candidates to ensure strong role, compensation, and motivation alignment
- Deliver a steady flow of high-quality, TA-ready candidates for active client roles
- Adapt headhunting strategies based on pipeline health and feedback
- Act as a specialist in engaging and converting currently employed talent
- Own outbound headhunting outcomes for specialized and priority roles
- Maintain high response and conversion rates through personalized outreach
- Deliver consistent, high-signal candidate pipelines
- Adjust targeting and messaging based on real-time feedback and results
- Identify and engage candidates who are currently employed and not actively job searching
- Build targeted outreach strategies tailored to role requirements and seniority
- Craft personalized messaging to convert passive candidates
- Conduct initial pre-qualification to confirm role alignment, compensation expectations, motivation and availability
- Use voice notes or async communication where appropriate to improve conversion
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to refine targeting and calibration
- Ensure all headhunted candidates are accurately logged and staged in the ATS
- Maintain clean, up-to-date pipelines for TA handoff
- Monitor candidate progress and follow up to prevent drop-offs
- Collaborate with the Talent Sourcing Coordinator to ensure pipeline hygiene
Team & Environment
You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and collaborate with a Talent Sourcing Coordinator to ensure effective pipeline management and handoff.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America or the Philippines.
