At Héma-Québec, our mission is to save lives through the gift of life. We are looking for a Head of Workforce Operational Planning to lead our workforce strategy and teams, ensuring our critical daily operations run seamlessly to support this vital mission.

What You'll Do

Deploy the operational workforce planning strategy for served sectors and ensure optimal provincial coordination.
Supervise planning teams (scheduling and operational center) and guarantee the continuity of daily operations.
Optimize systems, processes, and tools related to assignment, planning, and workforce management.
Act as an expert consultant in work organization, job structure, HR indicators, and staff availability forecasts.
Ensure regulatory and collective agreement compliance and represent the sector in labor relations negotiations and committees.
Oversee time entry and claim management activities, ensuring effective collaboration with payroll.
Ensure HR management of the department, including engagement, performance, skills development, occupational health and safety, and budget management.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial relations, or any other related field.
7 to 10 years of experience, including some in management.
Proven experience in labor relations and a unionized environment.
Good knowledge of workforce management and assignment systems.
Good knowledge of regulatory environments.
Perfect command of French (read, written, spoken).
Functional knowledge of English (read, written, spoken).
