McDonald’s Corporation, a global brand dedicated to using its scale for good, is hiring a Manager, Local Employee Experience. In this field-based role, you will implement people-focused business plans and support a culture of talent, inclusion, and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation, execution, and optimization of the strategic national Business Plan with a People lens.
- Coach, influence, and advise Operators and Staff on People Priorities.
- Lead and influence your Business Unit's execution of the people plan.
- Leverage the Field Support team to execute people tools and resources.
- Support a culture of Talent, Inclusion, and Engagement within the Field Office, focusing on compensation, potential designation, succession planning, and performance management.
- Protect the brand by helping execute Government Relations and Labor Relations plans.
What We're Looking For
- Breadth of Human Resources knowledge in HR and/or Centers of Excellence and/or other functions.
- A track record of partnering with distributed Business and People front-line leadership teams to deliver quality products and services aligned with the enterprise business plan.
- Experience threading multiple, localized HR initiatives and projects in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong influencing and prioritization skills and the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Relevant education and experience in HR and/or business disciplines.
- Breadth of experience working with Franchisees, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Solid business and analytics acumen.

- Preferred education in HR or Business (Associates degree, Professional Certification, or higher).

- Compensation range: $107,684.00 - $134,605.00 per year.
- Eligibility for stock or other equity grants pursuant to McDonald’s long-term incentive plan.
