TE Connectivity is hiring a Senior Manager, Industrial Solutions Segment Talent Partner. In this role, you will drive the talent agenda for the Industrial Solutions segment, building deep and diverse pipelines and ensuring the organization has the right people and capabilities to deliver on business goals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to the Segment HR leader.
- Drive proactive talent management, focusing on segment and business unit critical roles and their successors.
- Facilitate quarterly segment talent review meetings.
- Provide expert coaching to the HR team and leadership on accelerating talent readiness.
- Ensure excellence in leadership succession assessment and the creation of bespoke development plans.
- Provide executive coaching to identified successors for critical roles.
- Build trusting relationships with HR Business Partners and a strong understanding of their businesses.
- Offer expert thought leadership and consulting on organization effectiveness, talent management, change management, and leadership development.
- Actively participate in Segment HR strategy discussions.
- Bring insights to the Talent Management Center of Excellence to inform solution design.
- Support the deployment of global talent management initiatives within the segment.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership best practices and development planning.
- Use business insight to proactively design solutions to anticipated problems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- 10+ years of professional HR experience, including 8+ years as a talent partner or HR business partner.
- Experience leading talent initiatives like succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Expertise in organizational effectiveness.
- Strong executive presence and a track record of building trusting relationships with cross-functional and executive leaders.
- Experience in internal consulting with managerial courage.
- Competency in advanced analytics.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
