Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design leaders to align research priorities with strategic goals and influence high-level decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor a team of researchers, offering guidance and defining clear objectives for maximum impact.
- Define and manage a research roadmap that focuses on key opportunities tied to business objectives and user needs.
- Lead comprehensive research initiatives across all stages of the product lifecycle, selecting appropriate methods and ensuring methodological rigor.
- Convert complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights that guide product development.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to inform product direction, prioritize features, and validate decisions.
- Share research findings effectively across teams using storytelling, visual artifacts, and recurring practices to maintain user-centered focus.
- Advance the research function by promoting high standards, mentoring team members, adopting innovative methods, and increasing research influence.
- Ensure clinical perspectives are central to product decisions by uncovering real-world workflows, challenges, and needs of healthcare providers and patients.
