About the Role
The role is responsible for building and managing scalable user acquisition strategies to drive app growth. This includes overseeing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and leading a team of performance marketers to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global user acquisition strategies across paid digital channels
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets with focus on ROI and customer lifetime value
- Lead a team of performance marketing specialists and external agency partners
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and data analysis
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets
- Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms for new acquisition opportunities
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for marketing effectiveness
- Negotiate partnerships with ad networks and media platforms
- Use analytics tools to track user behavior and conversion funnels
- Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and data privacy regulations
- Drive user growth while maintaining cost-efficiency targets
- Present performance insights to executive leadership
- Align acquisition strategy with product development roadmaps
- Manage relationships with third-party tracking and attribution vendors
- Implement scalable processes for campaign deployment and optimization
- Lead forecasting and budget planning for quarterly and annual cycles
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve marketing efficiency
- Mentor team members in best practices for digital advertising
- Coordinate with finance on spend tracking and forecasting
- Maintain documentation of strategies, results, and learnings
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or social app verticals
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with SQL or Python for data analysis
- Prior success in hyper-growth companies
- Knowledge of international markets and localization strategies
- Experience with influencer marketing integrations
