About the Role

Lead the development and execution of user acquisition strategies to scale customer base efficiently. Manage cross-channel campaigns, optimize spend, and collaborate with product and analytics teams to align growth goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement scalable user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Analyze performance data to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI
  • Lead a team of performance marketers and acquisition specialists
  • Collaborate with product teams to align growth initiatives with user experience
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging and targeting
  • Manage relationships with external partners and advertising platforms
  • Forecast customer acquisition costs and lifetime value trends
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion potential
  • Oversee creative development for digital campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
  • Present strategic updates to executive leadership
  • Set KPIs and monitor progress toward growth targets
  • Evaluate emerging advertising technologies and platforms
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time insights
  • Drive experimentation to improve conversion funnels
  • Optimize bidding strategies on programmatic platforms
  • Coordinate with brand team to maintain consistent messaging
  • Manage budget allocation across channels and regions
  • Lead post-campaign analysis to extract actionable insights
