About the Role

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a national sales team focused on retina products
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase revenue
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitive activity and adapt strategies accordingly
- Set sales targets and track performance against goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Drive adoption of innovative retina technologies among healthcare providers
- Coordinate with medical affairs for clinical support needs
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events
- Evaluate product pricing and positioning strategies
- Gather market feedback to inform product development
- Support cross-functional initiatives across regions
- Oversee territory planning and resource allocation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retina market trends
